Al Ahly men’s handball first team performed their first training session in Meknes, Morocco on Sunday to prepare for the African Handball Cup Winners' Cup.

Our players were rested from training on Saturday after arriving in Morocco from Cairo, in a trip that lasted for four and a half hours. 

The African Handball Cup Winner’s Cup will start on August 24 and the Eagles are set to face Sokoto Rima of Nigeria in their first match of the competition.

The draw of the group stage placed us in Group A alongside FAP Yaoundé of Cameroon, Red Star of Ivory Coast, and Sokoto Rima of Nigeria.
